The invention relates to a security lock assembly that facilitates switching a door leaf between a locked position and an unlocked position. The assembly comprises: vertical guiding (5) and guided (6) bars, including slanted crosspieces (11) at the ends thereof; upper (7) and lower (8) horizontal bars, including pivots (12) at the ends thereof; a frame (3) enclosing at least partially the vertical bars (5, 6) and the horizontal bars (7, 8); locking bolts (10) secured to the vertical bars (5, 6) and to the horizontal bars (7, 8); a lock (9) including a cylinder (91); and actuating bolts (13) secured to the vertical guide bar (5) and to the cylinder (91). The assembly can be switched between locking and unlocking positions for a leaf (2) of a door (1). In addition, the assembly comprises hollow cylinders (14) which are grooved longitudinally at least partially and which are secured to the frame (3) in order to come into contact with the locking bolts (10).
