Proposed device comprises hook 1 arranged on lifting mechanism to rotate about pivot pin 2 from upper position whereat free space exists under pivot pin 2 into lower position whereat hook 1 is located below said pin 2, electromagnetic device 3 arranged on lifting mechanism, handle 5 of container 6 connected with ferromagnetic element 4.
