The cover part (1) has a loud speaker rotated by a groove (5), where openings (6) are arranged in the groove for mounting a loud speaker decorative ring that is arranged and/or fastened in the groove by a positively formed latching connector. The latching connector is engaged in the openings of the groove, where the openings are attached in a base part of the groove and angularly arranged at distance to each other. The loud speaker is covered by a loud speaker grill (3) and rearwardly arranged opposite to a visible side of a cover panel. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a vehicle interior cover part.
