PURPOSE: A steering compensating device of an electric power steering device is provided to increase steering stability in sport mode or passing driving through considering vehicle speed and the RPM of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A steering compensating device of an electric power steering device comprises a map storage unit(31) and an electronic control unit(ECU)(32). The map storage unit saves the steering power according to vehicle RPM. The ECU controls the rotation power of an electric motor(33) according to steering power through applying vehicle speed and the RPM an engine to the map storage unit.
