PURPOSE: A temperature detection device for a hold and an offshore structure having the same are provided to precisely and continuously detect temperature changes throughout a hold by longitudinally installing an optical fiber cables in an insulation wall of the hold. CONSTITUTION: A temperature detection device for a hold comprises optical fiber cables(21) which are installed inside an insulation wall of a hold. The insulation wall includes a primary insulation box and a secondary insulation box. Both insulation boxes have at least one cable laying groove(22). The optical fiber cables are aligned in the cable laying groove which is formed in the secondary insulation box.
