PURPOSE: A defrosting device of a quick freezer is provided to improve the defrosting effect by spraying the compressed air to the upper direction through a nozzle in a bottom of a heat exchanger, giving a shock to the dropwise. CONSTITUTION: A defrosting device of a quick freezer comprises a frame, a distribution pipe, a distribution pipe guide unit and a power transmission device. The compressed air offered from a compressor flows into the distribution pipe. A plurality of nozzles is installed in longitudinal direction of the distribution pipe. The distribution pipe guide unit comprises a distribution pipe guide rail and a distribution pipe moving block. The distribution pipe moving block is connected to the distribution pipe guide rail. The distribution pipe moves to front and rear direction of the frame with being installed in the frame by the distribution pipe guide unit. The power transmission device is a cam device for converting the rotational motion into the linear motion. |
