<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: when an image formation device is provided with a URI notification function for accessing image data from outside, a user is notified of URI information including information on the folder hierarchy with the image data stored therein; when a mail address of a notification destination not to be notified originally is set to a notification destination address, even though the URI cannot be accessed actually, there is a possibility of information leakage from the URI information. <P>SOLUTION: For each notification destination of URI notification, it is enabled to be preset whether to notify an externally disclosed path with which an image data file can be accessed from an external device, to generate and notify a temporarily disclosed path with which the image data file can be accessed and that is different from the externally disclosed path, or to inhibit notification. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
