<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrophilic film that is formed on the surface of a metal material, inhibits the growth of condensation water and provides mildew resistance, and to provide a hydrophilization-treating agent for forming the hydrophilic film. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided: a hydrophilization-treating agent containing at least one selected from hardly water-soluble cerium compounds (A); and a hydrophilic film obtained by using the above agent. The hardly water-soluble cerium compound (A) is preferably at least one selected from cerium carbonate (III), cerium fluoride (III), cerium fluoride (IV) and cerium oxide (IV). The growth of condensation water can be inhibited and the mildew resistance can be provided by forming the hydrophilic film on the surface of the metal material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
