PURPOSE: A fiber cooling device is provided to gradually cool unsolidified fiber with fluidity and to obtain stable rigidity without physical property change. CONSTITUTION: A fiber cooling device comprises a blower(100) which is mounted at the center of a spinneret and supplies air to a fiber passing through the spinneret(10) to cool and solidify the fiber(11). The blower has a spray board which is separately placed from the front side of the spinneret to spray air in a transverse direction at the site separated from a fiber entrance. The blower comprises a hollow housing(120) having a heating device at the outer circumference and the spray board(130).
