PURPOSE: A method for controlling an engine having a double injector using the same is provided to use flame from bio fuel to remove smoke from diesel oil by using bio-crude oil with the diesel oil in high load condition. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling an engine having a double injector is as follows. The engine comprises a first injector and a second injector spraying bio-crude fuel and the load condition of the engine is determined. Based on the engine load condition of 100%, less than 20% is a low-load condition of an initial starting stage to spray only diesel oil from the first injector and flame is ignited. Based on the engine load condition of 100%, a heavy load condition of 20~60% is to spray the bio-crude oil and bio-mixed air is supplied to the combustion chamber with the air, the frame is ignited.
