PURPOSE: A device for preventing the inflow of foreign matters is provided to prevent damage due to excessive friction between an elastic part and an insertion part by interposing a buffer pad between the elastic part and the insertion part. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing the inflow of foreign matters comprises an insertion part(10), a coupling part(20), an elastic part(30), and a driving part(40). A nut is inserted in the insertion part. The coupling part is coupled with the insertion part. The elastic part is located between the coupling part and the insertion part. The driving part moves the elastic part.
