<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly detect abnormality of a blower motor in response to variation with age of a fed current value of the blower motor. <P>SOLUTION: A reference current value Imax, Imin according to an applied voltage value Vm is corrected by a reference current value correction means 104 according to a whole life operation time TL of the blower motor measured by a whole life operation time measurement means 102, and the reference current value Imax, Imin after correction by the whole life operation time TL is compared with the fed current value Im by an abnormality determination means 110 to determine abnormality of the blower motor.
