PURPOSE: A health control system of livestock product distribution and health control method thereof are provided to enable a user to grasp the increase of microorganism according the change of temperature by transmitting temperature information to a server. CONSTITUTION: A freezer truck includes plural temperature sensors(10) and a microorganism increase measurement unit. A GPS(Global Position System)(20) transmits the measured temperature of the temperature sensor to a communication company server(30). The communication company server transmits temperature data received through the GPS to a health control system server in real time. A health management system unit(40) predicts the increase of microorganism according to the change of the temperature.
