The system (1) has a portable device (3) with camera for acquisition and transmission of images related to irregularities, through a wireless communication network (4) conforming to GSM, GPRSand UMTSradio network standard. An evaluation device (5) evaluates transferred images to issue parking tickets (6) created by offences competent authority (8). An independent claim is included for method for acquisition of irregularities including parking offence or traffic accident.
