TERMINAL AND METHOD FOR CHECKING DATA IN INTERNAL MEMORY OF TERMINAL

Disclosed in the present invention is a method for checking data in an internal memory of a terminal. The method includes: dividing the internal memory space of a terminal, which is to be checked, into one or more specific units (301); respectively calculating the sum of all the data bytes in each specific unit (302), and comparing the obtained value with the correct one, if they agree with each other, determining that the data in the internal memory of the corresponding specific unit is valid, and if not, determining that the data in the internal memory is invalid (303). A terminal is also disclosed in the present invention. The terminal includes an application module and a Double Date Rate synchronous dynamic random access memory (DDR) which connect to each other. The present invention ensures integrality and validity of the data in the internal memory.
