PURPOSE: A light emitting diodes driver is provided to suppress the usage of additional hardware and an integrated circuit by supplying or intercepting power at light emitting diodes. CONSTITUTION: An LED part has a plurality of LED units. A dimming control part(110) offers a dimming signal. The dimming signal controls the brightness of the LED part. A power supply control unit(120) supplies or intercepts driving power to the plural LED units. The power supply control unit turns on/off the LED unit.
