摘要 Provided are an arc-welding control system and control method with which the weaving width and the torch height can be controlled simultaneously with high efficiency. For both the amount of manipulation (?w) of the weaving width and the amount of manipulation (?z) of the torch height, the influence rates (dw, dz) at which the torch height deviation (?Ph) influences each amount of manipulation with respect to the groove wall distance deviation (?Pd) is set according to the groove angle (?) of the work piece (5), and a calculator (21) calculates the amount of manipulation (?z, ?w)of actuators (13, 14) with respect to the torch height and the weaving width such that the influence rates (dw, dz) increase as the groove angle (?) increases.
