NANO PARTICLE MANUFACTURING APPARATUS, NANO PARTICLE MANUFACTURING METHOD AND NANO PARTICLE MANUFACTURED BY USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A nano-particle manufacturing device, a manufacturing method thereof, and a nano-particle manufactured by using thereof are provided to uniformly irradiate positron beam on samples for nano particle production by using an ultrasonic vibrator. CONSTITUTION: A nano particle manufacturing apparatus comprises a casing(10), a sample container, and an ultrasonic oscillator(30). The casing accepts liquid. A movable plate(120) is placed on upper side of the case in order to adjust bragg peak of the positron beam. At least one of front windows(110) is formed on one side of the case. The positron beam can be transmitted to the front window. The sample is inserted in sealed inside and can produce nano-particles. The sample container is located at lower part of the moving plate.
