PURPOSE: A self-power generation system is provided to maintain the endless tack motion of a rotation belt continuously because an arm is folded or unfolded on a boundary between a descending section and a ascending section of a rotation belt. CONSTITUTION: A self-power generation system comprises a pair of rotary supporting units(110), a rotation belt(120) and a plurality of a moment conversion units(130) rotary pulleys(113) of a pair of rotary supporting units are connected to a horizontal rotation shaft rotatably through a bearing. The both ends of the rotation belt are fixed to each rotation pulley. The rotation belt rotates the rotation pulley with the endless track motion. The moment conversion unit comprises arms(131), weights(132) and a hinge connection part(133). The arm is perpendicularly fixed on an outer surface of the rotation belt. The weight is fixed to an end of the arm and rotates the belt. If the arm moves down, the hinge connection part maintains horizontally. If the arm moves up, the hinge connection part is folded in the direction of gravity.
