PURPOSE: A unit cell for fuel cell is provided to improve the current collecting efficiency between a negative electrode, and a separator or a current collector, to minimize the contact resistance between the negative electrode, and the separator or the current collector, thereby remarkably improve battery capacity. CONSTITUTION: A unit cell for fuel cell comprises a structure in which a current collecting layer(18) consisting of porous structure with higher current flow than a negative electrode(16) is formed to be intergrated with by tape casting to the outer surface of the negative electrode. A manufacturing method of the unit cell for fuel cell comprises: a step of manufacturing an electrolyte membrane sheet, a negative electrode sheet, and a current collecting layer sheet; a step of forming stack by laminating the electrolyte membrane sheet, the negative electrode sheet, and the current collecting layer sheet; a step of manufacturing ceramic molded product by pressing and compressing the stack; a step of forming a negative electrode and an electrolyte membrane(12) in which the current collecting layer is formed by sintering the ceramic molded product; a step of forming a positive electrode(14) on the electrolyte membrane. |
