<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load controller capable of shifting both on- and off-timings for suppression of a power supply variation gradient even when the number of controlled object loads increases. <P>SOLUTION: A microcomputer stores a flag of on-timing so as not to overlap each other between a plurality of loads in an on-timing storage region of a memory. A flag of off-timing is stored so as not to overlap each other between the plurality of loads in an off-timing storage region of the memory (S10-S14).
