<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device capable of enhancing operability of menus or icons to be displayed on a display unit, when illuminance of external light injected into a part of a display surface of the display unit is high and illuminance of external light injected into other parts is low, in such a situation where direct light such as sunlight and sunbeams streaming through leaves is injected into a part of the display surface of the display unit. <P>SOLUTION: A portable terminal device 100 includes: a display unit 5 for displaying menus or icons; a plurality of illuminance detection units 3 installed around the display unit 5 to detect illuminance; and a display control unit 4 for controlling locations of the menus or icons to be displayed on the display unit 5, on the basis of the illuminance detected by the plurality of illuminance detection units 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
