<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately stabilize power from a distribution system. <P>SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, there is provided a power stabilization system in which a control device includes a single master control device and at least one slave control device. The master control device controls charge or discharge of a secondary cell of a control target battery module included in a plurality of battery modules according to a state of a power system, and outputs an instruction signal to the slave control device to charge or discharge the control target battery module to be connected to the slave control device.
