PURPOSE: An assistive diaper for adults capable of using with a disposable linear type assistive diaper is provided to offer excellent wearing comfort for reducing the generation of skin troubles. CONSTITUTION: An assistive diaper for adults includes an upper unit(108), a lower unit(112), and a connection unit(120). The upper unit is located under the buttocks area of a user, and has left and right ends in an inverted triangular shape in a wing form. A first velcro unit is attached to the upper side of the left and right ends of the upper unit. A fixing string is attached to the outside of the velcro unit for fixing the diaper. The lower unit covers the lower abdomen of the user in an inverted triangular form. A second first velcro unit is attached to the lower left and right sides on the lower unit on the opposite side of the first velcro unit. The connection unit is closely attached to the buttocks area of the user, and has left and right ends having rubber bands.
