PURPOSE: A remote management system and a method thereof are provided to monitor an operating site to which an administrator is hard to access in real time through a remote monitoring device. CONSTITUTION: A remote monitoring device(110)includes a voice signal unit for voice communication, an image signal unit for image photographing, and a communication control unit for wireless communication. A control terminal(130) offers the information on the remote monitoring device to an administrator. The control terminal transmits an instruction of the administrator to the remote monitoring device. A monitoring server(140) stores the data transceived between the remote monitoring device and the control terminal.
