PURPOSE: An aerobic sports equipment is provided to enable a body to move in all directions, thereby adding interest to work out. CONSTITUTION: An aerobic sports equipment comprises a frame(10), a stage, and a steering wheel. The frame places in floor. The stage is fixed through a rotation axis. The stage is attached to lower part of the swing arm. The steering wheel is fixed to upper part of the frame. The rotational direction of the rotation axis is installed leaving an inclination angle to a horizontal plane. The inclination angle is either a positive or a negative angles.
