PURPOSE: A producing method angelica gigas nakai cookies is provided to improve the palatability of the cookies, the texture, the smell, and the taste of the cookies by adding angelica gigas nakai in the optimal rate. CONSTITUTION: A producing method angelica gigas nakai cookies comprises the following steps: mixing 36.2parts of butter by weight, 1.1parts of salt by weight, 56.8parts of sugar by weight, and 25.7parts of eggs, using a kneader; adding 100parts of flour by weight, 0.5parts of baking powder by weight, and 3.4parts of angelica gigas nakai powder by weight to the obtained cream; resting the obtained dough for 30minutes at 4deg C: molding the dough into the cookie shape; and baking the cookies inside an oven at 180deg C.
