<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board mounting case with a connector, in which a resin connector is integrally formed on a metallic case body by injection molding, and the connector can be integrated with the case body at high bonding strength. <P>SOLUTION: In a circuit board mounting case 11 with a connector 11, the connector 11 covering a terminal fitting 21 and mainly composed of thermoplastic resin is integrally formed on an opening 7 of a case body 2 for forming a connector by injection molding, and the connector 11 is integrally formed along a peripheral edge of the opening 7 while nipping both inner and outer surfaces 5a, 5b forming the case body 2. Among both of the surfaces 5a, 5b along the peripheral edge of the opening 7, a surface, which the connector 11 is formed on and comes into contact with, is roughened.
