A feeding structure and an antenna including the same are provided to save space and to implement a compact size by changing phase difference of each radiation device by forming a feeding part as a dual line and controlling a feeding path. A feeding structure comprises a dielectric substrate(200). A first feeding part(210) is composed of a first feeding line(212) and is formed on one plane of the dielectric substrate, and is branched to have a feeding path of different length on both sides from one end of the first feeding line. A second feeding part(220) includes a second feeding line(222) formed on the other plane of the dielectric substrate, and is located at a position corresponding to the first feeding part and has a feeding path of different length on both sides from one end of the second feeding line. The first and second feeding part have a 3-dB T-junction structure.
