METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COMPOSITION CONTAINING AGARUM CRIBROSUM, AND COMPOSITION PRODUCED THEREBY

PURPOSE: A composition containing agarum cribrosum, and a producing method thereof are provided to minimize the damage on nutrients and antioxidant components in the agarum cribrosum. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a composition containing agarum cribrosum comprises the following steps: collecting the agarum cribrosum and sea tangle, and washing; extracting the agarum cribrosum and sea tangle with a solvent before drying with 20-25 deg C air; crushing the dried agarum cribrosum and sea tangle into 150-250 meshes; mixing 100 parts of agarum cribrosum powder by weight with 130-170 parts of sea tangle powder by weight; and adding the mixture into radish juice before aging at 25-35 deg C for 10-15 hours, and filtering the composition before drying at 35-45 deg C for 10-15 hours.
