PURPOSE: A sound-insulation apparatus of a door structure is provided to minimize a gap between a door and a door frame by closely attaching the door and the door frame at most. CONSTITUTION: A sound-insulation apparatus of a door structure includes an electromagnet(102), a door opening and closing device, a projection for opening and closing a door, a door knob, a sensor, a control unit. The electromagnet is attached inside along the periphery of a door frame(100). The door opening and closing device opens and closes the door with respect to the door frame. The projection for opening and closing the door is connected to the door opening and closing device and inserted in a frame groove of the door frame when the door closes. The door knob is connected to the door opening and closing device to operate the projection for opening and closing the door. The sensor detects the opening and closing of the door. The control unit selectively operates a magnetic body according to signals detected in the senor.
