PURPOSE: A producing method of kimchi puree in a gruel state using yogurt is provided to enable users to eat kimchi with a spoon instead of using chopsticks. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of kimchi puree in a gruel state using yogurt comprises the following steps: cutting Chinese cabbage in the size of 0.5-5cm, and dipping the Chinese cabbage slices into salt water before washing; mixing the washed Chinese cabbage with kimchi seasonings with the amount of 10-30% less than regular kimchi seasonings to obtain kimchi; grinding the kimchi to obtain the kimchi puree; mixing the kimchi puree with the yogurt in a weight ratio of 3-1:1-3: and packaging the mixture in a disposable cup. |
