PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to increase an open circuit voltage by increasing an energy level through the increase of a doping concentration in a distant area from an interface between a base layer and an emitter layer. CONSTITUTION: An emitter layer(130) is formed on one side of a base layer(110). A first electrode is electrically connected to the base layer. A second electrode is electrically connected to the emitter layer. A doping concentration of the base layer gradually increases far away from an interface between the base layer and the emitter layer. A change slope of the doping concentration in the base layer gradually decreases far away from the interface between the base layer and the emitter layer. |
