<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting display device which is reduced in cost by reducing a mask use frequency, and is easy to manufacture, and a manufacturing method of the organic light emitting display device. <P>SOLUTION: An organic light emitting display device comprise: a thin film transistor including a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode insulated from the gate electrode, and a semiconductor layer insulated from the gate electrode and separately contacting with the source electrode and the drain electrode; and a pixel electrode electrically connected to either one of the source electrode and the drain electrode. The gate electrode includes a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer formed on the first conductive layer, and the pixel electrode is formed in the same layer by using the same material as the first conductive layer.
