Manual cutter with blades that make a continuous cut, said blades cutting at such an angle to the longitudinal axis of the tool that the block of the cutter does not interfere with the material to be cut. The tool and the user are thus external to the element to be cut and only the blades pass through the material. It is thereby possible to move the blades through the path of the cut made, advance and continue a new cut extending the previous cut without the block of the cutter preventing the tool from advancing. May be achieved by modifying the block of the cutter or simply by changing the set of blades, retaining the features of the cutter of each manufacturer.
