A geomembrane and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer excellent chemical property such as abrasion resistance, cold resistance, the oil resistance etc and mechanical property such as tension and tear strength. A geomembrane includes the followings: a textile layer(10) or nylon; a thermosetting adhesive layer(20) coating the textile layer with an adhesive and located at the both sides of the textile layer; a reactive hot melt resin layer(30) located at the surface of a glue layer; and a thermoplastic polyurethane resin layer located at the reactive hot melt resin layer. The thermoplastic polyurethane resin layer is polyether or a polyester resin type.
