PURPOSE: A heating seat and a heating bidet including a heater are provided to reduce the temperature deflection in the seat surface. CONSTITUTION: A heating seat comprises a positive temperature coefficient element(110), an electrode(120), a substrate(130), a mirror(140), a connection part(150), a fixation pin(160), and a bonding agent(170). The positive temperature coefficient element generates heat. A positive electrode and a negative electrode generate electric potential in both ends of the positive temperature coefficient element. On the substrate, the positive temperature coefficient element, positive electrode, and negative electrode are fixed. The mirror reflects heat generated from a heater. The connection part fixes the heater on a seat. |
