<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for producing EBV gp350 not containing gp220 protein. <P>SOLUTION: A mutation is introduced into the splicing portion of a gene encoding EBV gp350 protein. Thereby, the occurrence of splicing is prevented to inhibit the production of gp220 protein.
