PURPOSE: A polymer electrolyte composition is provided to have fast polymerization, to easily control the reaction rate and the curing degree of polymerization thereby obtaining moderate physical strength, and to have low volume contraction or expansion degree thereby maintaining stability of a product and a manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A polymer electrolyte composition comprises a copolymer, a polymerization initiator, and metal salt. The copolymer comprises a compound in chemical formula 1, a compound having an unsaturated bond and a carboxylic acid group per one molecule, a compound having an unsaturated bond which is capable of copolymerizing with the compounds above, and a compound having an unsaturated bond and an epoxy group per one molecule. In chemical formula 1, R1 is hydrogen or an methyl group, and R2 is a substituted or unsubstituted C1-6 alkyl group or alkenyl group.
