PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a transparent electrode is provided to produce a flexible electric component using the flexible transparent electrode, by vaporizing a transparent conductive oxide layer to a polymer substrate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a transparent electrode using a polymer substrate surface-treated with atmospheric pressure plasma comprises the following steps: supplying reaction gas to a plasma generating device at the atmospheric pressure; applying an AC power source to the plasma generating device for generating plasma; locating a polymer substrate on the plasma generating area for plasma surface treating; and forming a transparent conductive oxide layer on the polymer substrate for obtaining a flexible electric component.
