PURPOSE: A falling object detector, a moving body, and a falling object detecting method are provided to obtain an image at various positions on a track by installing a photographing unit at the moving body. CONSTITUTION: A falling object detector includes a plurality of moving bodies(10), a determining unit(30), and an image obtaining unit. The plurality of moving bodies move on a track(100). The determining unit determines the falling object on the track. The image obtaining unit is installed in the moving object or determining unit. Each moving body includes a body(11) and a photographing unit(20). The photographing unit is installed in the front part of the body and moves with body on the track to obtain the image at various positions.
