PURPOSE: A system for treating initial rainwater and reducing nonpoint source pollutant is provided to maximize same area-based filter surface area and to enhance treatment efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A system for treating initial rainwater and reducing nonpoint source comprises: an elliptical treatment bath(14) for removing solid materials which are flowed in during initial raining; and a solid remover(16) of elliptical chamber for separating oil ingredients from the rainwater. The solid remover comprises: a filter bottle(20) has an inner wall and an outer wall; an air supply pipe(24) for filling a non-woven filter(22) and supplying air, which is mounted between the inner wall and outer wall; and a through hole for discharging the treated rainwater.
