METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING CALL CONNECTION VIA VOIP-PUBLIC NETWORK USING SUBSCRIBER TELEPHONE NUMBER

PURPOSE: A method for connecting a VoIP PSTN call using a subscriber phone number and a system thereof are provided to supply an inexpensive call service using a subscriber phone number. CONSTITUTION: A receiving terminal includes an application program including a VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) call function. When it is checked that the application program operates, a call relay unit(140,150) connects a calling terminal with the receiving terminal by a VoIP method. When it is not checked that the application program operates, the call relay device connects the calling terminal with the receiving terminal by a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network).
