<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band saw cutter highly precisely adjustable with a further sure and simple method, as a countermeasure against worsening of cutting accuracy in the orthogonal direction of the band saw to a vise. <P>SOLUTION: A frame portion 15 turnably supported at its base end part by a base 12 via a main spindle 14 at a prescribed angle in relation to the base 12, a drive mechanism 16 loaded on the frame portion 15, and an endless band saw 17 driven by the drive mechanism 16 and partially exposed in a prescribed range, are disposed. The main spindle 14 turnably bears the base end part of the frame portion 15 with both ends of the main spindle via bearings 18, is pivotally attached onto the base 12 within a prescribed angle range via a pivoting center part 201 of an oblique cutting correction mechanism 20, the tilted angle of the frame part 15 is adjusted by pivoting the main spindle 14 by a pivoting operating portion 202, to correct the cutting displacement to a workpiece W by the band saw 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
