PURPOSE: A cooking paddle is provided to facilitate turning of a flapping plate by pushing a switch because a spiral spring is attached in a pinion bevel gear of a gear unit to rotate the pinion bevel gear with elasticity of the spring. CONSTITUTION: A cooking paddle comprises a switch(21), a flapping plate(11), and a gear unit. The gear unit can rotate the flapping plate and a rack gear is attached to the switch. If the switch is pushed, the gear unit makes the flapping plate rotate. The rack gear of the gear unit rotates a pinion bevel gear, a flapping shaft, and a shaft bevel gear to rotate the flapping plate. The spiral spring is attached in the pinion bevel gear. If the pinion-bevel gear rotates, the spiral spring is wound and returned to the original state by elasticity. |
