PURPOSE: A speed control device for a v-type four-stroke diesel engine is provided to stably operate an engine by simultaneously controlling left and right fuel pumps at the same speed as each other. CONSTITUTION: A speed control device for a v-type four-stroke diesel engine comprises a linkage shaft(110) and a pair of connecting linkage units(130,130'). The linkage shaft is connected to a governor(1) through a pull rod unit(120) and is extended toward left and right banks. The connecting linkage units are installed in both ends of the linkage shaft. The connecting linkage units convert the rotation motion of the linkage shaft into a linear motion and transfers the linear motion to linkage levers(133) of left and right fuel pumps.
