<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine working machine equipped with an intake duct capable of obtaining adequate rain water infiltration preventing effect and sound proofing effect with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: In an engine working machine 11 in which an engine 13 and a working machine are accommodated in the inside of a casing 12 provided with an intake port 15 and an intake duct 16, the intake duct is formed in a box-like shape in such a manner that an upper duct portion 18 with an intake outlet 17 opened on upper end portion and a lower duct portion 19 with an intake port opened on an outer side of a lower end portion are provided in a vertically connected row arrangement, and a casing inner side wall (a lower inner panel 19a) of the lower duct portion is arranged casing inward from a casing inner side wall (upper inner panel 18a) of the upper duct portion, and an upper end of the casing inner side wall of the lower duct portion and a lower end of the casing inner side wall of the upper duct portion are connected by a connecting panel 23, thereby a flow passage area of the lower duct portion is made larger than a flow passage area of the upper duct portion and an opening area of the intake port. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
