<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary fit connector that can achieve cost reduction by reducing the kinds of components and that can improve operability by reducing the rotary operation amount when connecting connection terminals to each other, housed in a pair of connector housings. <P>SOLUTION: A rotary fit connector is provided with a pair of connector housings 3A, 3B housing an abutting type terminal 4, a junction sleeve 5 with its both ends into which the connector housings 3A, 3B are fitted and mounted, and a pair of housing coupling mechanisms 6A, 6B that move each of the connector housings 3A, 3B in the direction of approaching each other or in the direction of separating from each other simultaneously so as to connect or disengage the mutual connector housings 3A, 3B when the junction sleeve 5 is relatively rotated to the connector housings 3A, 3B at both ends of the junction sleeve 5 as the rotation of the connector housings 3A, 3B is regulated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
