PURPOSE: A modeling method of a transmission and reception system and establishment method of a transmission and reception system using the same are provided to effectively reduce a TAT(Turn Around Time) according to the change of an establishment by effectively determining an optimized design point. CONSTITUTION: The output node of a transmission unit is established for a model in an output driver connected to the output node in order to include capacitive characteristics of the output node(S10). A model for a reception buffer unit connected with the input node of a reception unit is established(S20). The output node of the transmission unit is established for a model in a transmission route between the input node and the reception unit of the out node(S30).
