<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member for a heating cooker having uniform black color over a long term and capable of maintaining excellent initial characteristics such as water repellency, non-adhesiveness, wear resistance, scorching resistance and the like. <P>SOLUTION: PTFE fine particles are dispersed and co-precipitated in a plated coating 10 (including a blackening treatment layer 10A) to improve water repellency, non-adhesiveness, scorching resistance and the like of a gridiron 2, and contamination can be reduced or the removal of the contamination can be facilitated.
